Westminster Woods Reservation Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in Westminster Woods. The camp is open seasonally from May 15 through October 15. If you have an interest in renting the facilities, please fill out the inquiry form below and we will get back to you to discuss availability, pricing, and details.

Please Note: As our policies indicate, there is no alcohol permitted at Westminster Woods without prior approval. If you wish to have alcohol at your event, please describe the circumstances in the box below and we will contact you for more information.

RESERVATIONS CLOSED FOR WINTER

Westminster Woods Camp and Conference center is closed for the 2026 season as of October 15^th. We will take reservations for the 2027 season after January 1^st. The camp will be open again as of May 15^th, 2027. We are taking only nonprofit group reservations in 2027. Please call the church office, 541-276-7681, with any questions.
